DIY PureBond Farmhouse Vanity by Shanty-2-Chic

PureBondForget about just the farmhouse vanity…..yeah, it’s made out of our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood (who doesn’t love hardwood plywood that is the healthy choice AND made in North America) and is completely fabulous all on its own but we are really CRUSHING about this entire bathroom makeover that was done as a boy’s bath re-do!!! There isn’t anything about this bathroom that we would change, from the subway tile to the mirror, we think it’s the perfectly stylish, yet just a bit manly…..pure LOVE :)

As always the Shanty sisters purchased their PureBond panels at their local Home Depot and have supplied FREE plans and complete project in their blog post that you can find by clicking here!

DIY PureBond Vent Hood

PureBond hardwood plywoodThe lovely sister team of Shanty 2 Chic has created a DIY project made with our PureBond hardwood plywood panels that we haven’t seen before…a wooden vent hood!!!! We think that hood really completes this new kitchen and in fact becomes the centerpiece of this room in our humble opinion :)

The sisters, again used our formaldehyde-free (who wouldn’t want formaldehyde-free products used in their kitchen or elsewhere for that matter) PureBond in much of the construction which they conveniently purchased at their local Home Depot.

PureBond hardwood plywoodThere are also compete How-to instructions that detail exactly how any DIYer can re-create this fabulous project on their own, click here for all that!

DIY Media Storage Dresser

PureBond hardwood plywoodCheck out this HUGE (and we mean HUGE) Media Storage Dresser by the Shanty sisters of the Shanty-2-Chic DIY blog made especially for Ashley’s (one half of the sister team) new master bedroom! We love this storage idea  and can’t wait until the other parts of it are built….yes, that’s right it’s going even bigger, just like everything in Texas :)

PureBond hardwood plywoodAs usual the Shanty’s used our PureBond hardwood plywood in the construction which they purchased at their local Home Depot. For complete project How-to including FREE plans click here!

Gearing-up for Haven 2015

haven-button-250We’ve all been quite busy here this week at PureBond headquarters, packing away all the swag, like some totally cool, quilted, silver, bags that are to die for, that we’re taking to Haven again this year, not to mention other bits and pieces of swag, a $200 Visa Gift Card give-a-way, product information and much more, that we have to give away to those that stop by to say “Hi” at our booth! However, new for us this year will be a breakfast sponsorship we are doing with Home Depot (they sell PureBond hardwood ya know) where they are planning on having an interactive, take-away, something (we don’t know what yet) made from PureBond hardwood plywood at the breakfast, so keep an eye out for that as well! In addition, as a Haven first, PureBond will be supplying wood panels to Kreg Tools, so stop by their booth and check that out as well!

And for those you who are now totally confused about “What Haven is?”, here is the scoop…Haven is a DIY/decorating professional blogging conference which takes place July 16-18, 2015 in Atlanta, GA. The conference brings 400 pro-bloggers together with over 100 sponsor representatives for a 3 day event. Sessions focus on improving skills in blogging, decorating, home improvement, photography, writing, social media, brand relationships, book writing, and more! Our conference began in 2012 and each year attracts the most notable DIY/Home bloggers in the blogosphere. How cool is all that? We can’t wait to see everyone in a couple of weeks!
